The assistant
Tap the Ask Lowe button in the corner. It answers from a fixed list — it cannot make up a price, a server or a promise — and links you to the right page.
It is not a person. If it cannot answer, the install guide covers every step with a picture, and the app shows the live connection log in Settings ▸ Connection log.

- iPhone: there is no App Store app yet — you sign in on a setup page and import the config into a free client. Pictures here.
- Android: one APK for every phone — download it here.
- Windows: install from the Microsoft Store — store page.
- It will not connect: disconnect and reconnect, try mobile data, and on sing-box switch to the profile that is not Hysteria2.
- Plan expired: renew in the app, or redeem a code under Account ▸ Redeem code.
- Three devices per account. A fourth sign-in signs the oldest out.
