Lowe VPN Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account: your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your plan, when it ends, and the date you signed up.
Email checks: a one-time code (stored only as a hash) to confirm your email address or reset your password.
Connection key: a random ID that lets our VPN servers accept your connection.
Devices: for each sign-in, a device label (operating system and computer name) and when it was last used, so you can see your signed-in devices (up to 3) and sign them out. The sign-in token is stored only as a hash.
Payments: for each order, the plan, the amount, the method (Alipay or WeChat Pay), a 6-digit payment note and the dates. You pay inside Alipay or WeChat Pay; we never receive your card or bank details.
IP address: used for a short time, in memory only, to block repeated failed sign-in attempts. It is not saved.
What we do not collect
We do not log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries or your connection history. Our VPN servers keep only warnings and errors, and do not record which user connected when or to what. The app has no advertising or tracking SDKs.
On your device
The app stores your sign-in token and settings on your computer. In proxy mode it changes the Windows system proxy only while you are connected and restores it when you disconnect.
How we use data
Only to run the service: sign you in, check that your plan is active, let our servers accept your connection, send account emails, and match your payment to your order. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Service providers
Vultr hosts our servers. Google (Gmail) sends our account emails (codes and notices). Alipay and WeChat Pay process payments under their own privacy policies. The VPN engine is the open-source sing-box project (GPL-3.0); it runs on your computer and sends no data to its authors.
Keeping and deleting data
Account data is kept while your account exists. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address on the account. Payment records are kept for accounting, without a link to your deleted account. Database backups are overwritten within 14 days.

本机数据
应用在您的电脑上保存登录令牌和设置。代理模式仅在连接期间修改 Windows 系统代理，断开后恢复。
数据用途
仅用于提供服务：登录、验证套餐是否有效、允许服务器接受您的连接、发送账户邮件，以及将您的付款与订单匹配。我们不出售您的数据，也不将其用于广告。
服务提供方
Vultr 托管我们的服务器。Google（Gmail）发送账户邮件（验证码和通知）。支付宝和微信支付按其各自的隐私政策处理付款。VPN 引擎为开源项目 sing-box（GPL-3.0），在您的电脑上运行，不会向其作者发送任何数据。
保留与删除
账户存在期间保留账户数据。如需删除账户及其数据，请用账户邮箱联系我们。付款记录因记账需要保留，但不再与已删除的账户关联。数据库备份在 14 天内被覆盖。
