Windows installed app
Install from the Microsoft Store — updates arrive by themselves. Sign in, then press Connect. Whole PC mode needs administrator rights; Proxy only does not.

itself. The ZIP is an unsigned portable build for when the Store is not an option —
unzip it, run lowe_vpn.exe, and if Windows shows
“Windows protected your PC” choose More info → Run anyway.
It does not update itself.

Android one APK, every phone
Download the APK and open it. Android asks once to allow installing from your browser — allow it, then finish the install. The same file runs on 64-bit and 32-bit phones.
Download the app (54 MB) PlansSigned with the Lowe VPN release key. Your phone may warn that the app is not from the Play Store — that is expected for a direct download.
iPhone & iPad
There is no App Store app from us yet. Instead you sign in on a setup page, and it gives you a link or a config file for a free VPN client from the App Store. Five minutes.

There is no Lowe VPN app for Mac, and building one needs a Mac with Xcode. What you can do on a Mac today: if you already use sing-box's own macOS client, the config from the setup page is a standard sing-box config and imports there too. Otherwise use the Windows or the Android build.
Get the config WindowsAlready on one device?
Use the same email and password everywhere. One account covers three devices at a time — a fourth sign-in signs the oldest one out, and you can remove it from the device list in the app.

Plans
Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial, counted from when you confirm your email. After that you pick a plan in the app or on the renewal page and pay by Alipay or WeChat QR code; the days are added to your account as soon as the owner confirms the payment. (A redeem code bought separately adds its days the moment you enter it.)
